Pros

Compensation is acceptable. Some great people work here. The right people working together can really accomplish a lot in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Cons

Heavy focus on appearances. Little focus on effectiveness and competence. Promotions from within that are few and far between. Questionable promotions when they are made. High tendency to hire unsuitable candidates from outside the company instead of looking within. Largely incompetent HR department. Inability for middle management to to recognize, address, and correct issues in a timely manner, if at all. Lack of support from directors into the Agile project planning process, while mandating it's use. Inability of project leads to understand or implement Agile processes correctly. Large portions of Agile training disregarded with the result being heavily process driven micro-management.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

Cons

No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
