Pros
The compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities are good with this company. They also are good about scheduling frequent activities to give back to their employees.
Cons
The workload is just too high. Working nights and weekends to keep up with the volume of work is commonplace. Too many internal meetings to also meet external demands. Really not a good work like balance.
