Pros
Salary and benefits are good. I enjoyed the people I worked with very much.
Cons
You are more of a UI graphic designer and there is not much of the User-Centered Design process going on here. Typical struggles in an organization when usability is not a priority at a C-Suite or product level. Feature delivery is not balanced out with some usability. It used to be better. Marketing drives product design now. They do a good job on the brand but it is only skin deep.
