      It was a good work place at first, had time to work at your owe pace.

      The company was trying to get you to push everything faster an that made a lot of mistakes because of all the pressure.

      Pros

      I was always busy. There was never any shortage of work. The people who work there are friendly.

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand what happens in the shop. The whole company was put on mandatory overtime for 8 months instead of hiring more people to help with a work backlog. At the end the 8 months, there were layoffs. Many employees have gone years without raises. There aren't many opportunities for career growth.
