My experience with Premier was disappointing due to poor management and a lack of organizational structure. Employee initiatives are not taken seriously, and there appears to be a disconnect between leadership and staff.
During the hiring process, I was led to believe that the company had completed ground-up projects and I had to let go of another opportunity. However, upon starting, I discovered that even basic standards, such as AutoCAD guidelines, were not in place. As a Revit user, I proactively engaged management with ideas for developing a Revit template and improving project workflows, yet my efforts were ignored, with emails going unanswered.
Additionally, the company’s approach to vacation requests was inconsistent. Despite submitting my request two months in advance, I never received a response, while certain employees seemed to receive priority treatment. The lack of standards and responsiveness ultimately made it difficult to stay motivated.
For professionals seeking a structured and supportive work environment, I would advise looking elsewhere.
