Pros
Working for PRG was a great learning experience and lots of exposure to the real estate world including client relations, office operations, and marketing.
Cons
Lacked office management and the environment can be very competitive, political, and stressful. Most in-office roles were being underpaid/understaffed for the amount of work needed to be done. No room for career advancement. Little to no diversity. Asking for time off was a chore, as extra stress was added for wanting to take a vacation/PTO.
