      Pros

      Laid back work environment, strong organizational growth and easy going management. As far as residential roofing companies in Denver are concerned it's top 5.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth and not known for promoting internally. Lots of confusion regarding job duties as well as daily time lines.

      Thanks for this advice about how to improve Premier. Since you wrote this in 2011, a lot has changed here and much of it is along the lines of what you suggested. Happy to say that our laid back work environment has stayed the same.

      Premier is an excellent place to work. They care about their teammates, are always focused on growth, and there are endless opportunities to learn.

      With growth comes a lot of fast changes, you have to be able to adapt to keep up

      - Work with talented people - Commission split

      Cons

      - Lack diversity in Management - Nepotism /Favoritism - Sales team first mentality. Other employees are constantly expendable. - Avg 50+ hour work weeks while being told to do more
