      Very high earning potential. Seasonal with lots of time off in Winter. 100k plus earning potential if successful.

      Cons

      Difficult job, direct sales, high turnover if you can't cut it. Very long hours expected during peak season.

      - Lack diversity in Management - Nepotism /Favoritism - Sales team first mentality. Other employees are constantly expendable. - Avg 50+ hour work weeks while being told to do more
