      I was worked 16 hours a day and paid for 8. Had to travel 2.5 hours for work to Des Moines Iowa to manage projects, received no additional compensation. Project managers driving the same distance from other branches received additional compensation.

      Premier is an excellent place to work. They care about their teammates, are always focused on growth, and there are endless opportunities to learn.

      - Lack diversity in Management - Nepotism /Favoritism - Sales team first mentality. Other employees are constantly expendable. - Avg 50+ hour work weeks while being told to do more
