Pros

Enjoyed working with the recruiter that placed me in different offices throughout SF. Got to work as a temp for Box Inc, then interviewed for permanent role with Box. Ultimately didn't wait around to see if I got it as I got a different opportunity elsewhere. Team makes an effort to place you in big tech if you let them know and find you opportunities to interview for.

Cons

No benefits. Temp, contractor. You have to work full time. Not super flexible, Nature of the job tends to be that temps are valued little as if we don't have much to offer in skills when in reality we do. Don't let anyone bog you down. Know your worth.

Cons

I worked as a contractor through this agency for a company that laid off workers with only a 3-day notice. Unfortunately, the agency provided no support in helping me find another role afterward. Additionally, I've noticed they frequently post "ghost jobs" on LinkedIn listings that don’t actually exist seemingly to collect candidate information instead of maintaining a real, updated database. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this agency
