- negative office culture so you can’t be yourself, it is very outdated and dull, low morale - Minimal benefits or anything to look forward to - Money is invested into the wrong places leaving many departments understaffed and overworked - None of the businesses are aligned with processes making the day to day job hard as you have multiple processes for 1 task - A lot of changes make job security feel uncertain - unrealistic expectations by upper management - expected to work out of hours without compensation or even thanks despite already working 8-5 with no flexibility - No opportunities to develop

Some colleagues were nice - they leave as the place is so bad to work for.

Everything from the job to the management. Spoken to like a child. Promised unachievable bonuses. Make all long serving staff redundant with no redundancy package just basic government one. No sick pay. No maternity pay. Claim having a staff canteen is a benefit. Have to save holidays for christmas close down.
