Unfortunately this company is one of those companies who do not bother to training staff and are extremely unorganised.. Not all but there are individuals in the company, who make it their main priority to bring others down and just be over all bullies.. It seems anyone who has good intentions get struck down... its very sad to see a company with potential support such disgusting behaviour such as: - Poor training - Bullies - Poor pay rates - Lying to customers about mistakes. - Poor management. - Blame everyone else. And sadly more... I feel sad for those who are good hard working people who get treated so unfairly.. This job knocked my self confidence and made me depressed for a very long time... Thanks to my “new” job with real supportive staff and management! I now know that I was never the issue but PVA was..
