Pros

Cool spiffs from time to time. In a nice building.

Cons

Actual potential to earn is misleading, commissions change often, reps/employees have little control over files, processors are slow to get offers and often make mistakes with submissions, problem with back dooring and applications being stolen within the firm. You have to request to be paid, even when the money is due to you. Paychecks are often off-mathematically and pay-outs are problematic within this group. Hard work and dedication is expected yet not rewarded even on the most basic level. Managers harrass you about keeping a 9-12 hour schedule and standing up during "power hour" The focus is always on new applications, not so much funding. closing ratios across the board are low comparable to industry standards.

Pros

Great place to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. The Team Managers, Team Leaders, and OCTAs are actively involved and always willing to help, which makes a big difference when you’re learning. The environment is fast-paced but supportive and wins are recognized, which keeps things motivating. You can genuinely build your skills and move up if you're driven and stay consistent.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can take some getting used to at first. There are high expectations, but once you understand the vision, you'll see how this can help you grow and improve quickly.

Pros

Builds confidence, teaches hard skills, performance-based. Growth is very merit-based. If you perform, you move up. High-energy, motivating environment. People around you are grinding, which pushes you to level up. You build a strong network quickly and you around other driven salespeople and leaders.

Cons

Long hours are normal, It’s a “sink or swim” environment. You gotta decide whether you got it or not. It’s not great if you want balance, hand-holding, or lack patience.
