They put you to work right off the bat, there aren't any nothing tasks when you start out, very much drinking from the firehose from the word go but you do get the opportunity to find your footing.
Cons
It can be a lot when you first start out because you're given so much info so fast it's not uncommon that people get overwhelmed.
