This company has lost all vision of its values and there are no morals here. Constant public criticism in teams chats, micromanaged to the extreme every single day. No communication between teams. No resolution in asking questions, contradictory at best. I have asked questions in our chats to be given one set of instructions to follow, and then moments later publicly criticized and told I am "inappropriate" for following that instruction that was given. Constant restructuring and placing blame in public channels. Guidance changes from one day to the next. The silos between teams might as well be brick walls, because there have been so many times that I was scolded for stalled progress when there was a breakdown in communication with another team. The metrics are held at a higher standard than the employees. The bait and switch from training to production floor is insane. Training was a joke.
