They sell good products to schools.
Cons
Low pay, poor benefits (no medical or dental), micromanaging ownership and a yes-man puppet for a manager. No respect for workers - the ownership gossips about employees, current and former - and they will outright lie to your face. They expect loyalty from they employees but they treat them horribly. They have a very high turnover rate for a small company. *15 employees and 7 have left in the past 12 months.
