Student centred, lots of autonomy, great kids

Low comparative pay, staff voice ignored, not enough training for students with needs, faith in wrong leaders, no accountability for sub par staff

This is a beautiful school and the community is full of inspiring, interesting and genuine people. It really does aim to provide an education for the individual.

The leadership is negatively impacting the state of this school. There is limited support from a HR perspective, workloads can be excessive and there have been so many changes to leadership, heads of campus and department in the last decade that staff churn is extraordinarily high. There is a "who's who" of the Preshil community that can leave employees and families on the outs.
