Work life balance is satisfactory, company doesn’t really encourage OT

Lack of mobility and direction. Products are extremely boring and narrow. Extremely weak company culture. Japanese style tall hierarchy is ever-present, making work very inefficient, slow, and generally not a place where you’d want to go to learn. Gets an F in every dpmt unless you’re looking for a stable place to stay out the rest of your life.
