Pros
Laid back, no punch clock, and can work from home during a snow emergency. The HRA of $1,500 and it rolls over is great, considering the dudctible is $4,600 for a single person.
Cons
Lots of nepotism! No annual review, no raises. When I was hired and offered a low salary, I was told I could take it or leave it. No room for negotiations. The salary is below the my state's poverty line and I have to work a second job to make ends meet.
