You will not make much money without a CCIE. Even then they will short change you. Too much emphasis on playing the game of keeping and losing employees. If I am a bad employee, get rid of me. If I am good, PAY ME! Instead they try to keep good people with talk instead of pay. Unfortuantely they will not wise up before I leave this this company.
