      Pros

      Really, I'm having a difficult time coming up with a single PRO for this place. Coming to this company was the biggest mistake I've ever made.

      Cons

      No pay raises, no training, nobody cares and an extreme lack of leadership. Maybe pay the employee when they work overtime or holiday?

      Pros

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
