Pros

Great national practices in all technologies; wonderful, kind, supportive, highly intelligent, super talented people to work with on those teams, including PM's, engineers, sales, and presales.

Cons

EXTREMELY poor corporate culture. Little to no benefits to speak of, and they buy out service companies in third-world countries who can do your job at a fraction of the cost that you could (albeit that much poorly, comparatively speaking), then have C-level executives laugh about it on all-hands company calls. They don't care about retaining top talent or treating their employees well whatsoever. 0/10, would not recommend working here unless you had no other option.

Cons

Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
