Pros

If you get a good manager, it's not a bad place. But you are only 1 reorg away from getting a bad manager and there seems to be quite a few of them getting promoted recently. There are lots of training opportunities - providing you don't mind adding hours to your already 60 hour week.

Cons

It's kind of a nickel and dime place. Pay is the bottom of the range. Raises are non-existence. Setting up travel arranges is a massive hassle. Mileage reimbursement to customers is almost non-existent unless you are flying. Almost every travel action cost me out of pocket due to low limits. Bonus incentive program is based on hours billed, but the accelerators are tepidly almost non-existent over 40 hours and they will keep piling customer upon customer on you till you are working 60 hours and screaming bloody murder. The 401k program is literally the worst I have seen in my career. I have teenaged children working retail that have a better 401k that I do. Also - massively OVER MANAGED. Even the good managers over manage you and the bad ones will drive you insane.

Pros

Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

Cons

Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
