-All my co workers were amazing -Management(not Corporate) always had your back and was willing to share their knowledge. -Beautiful facility -Fun events

-The last 3 years there was a shift in the way Corporate, you could 'feel' the loss of integrity. -The massive push for more money was not worth doing business with other companies that were unethical. -The constant cloud of secrecy. Knowing Corporate would not announce information or new policies until they were being put in to place within a couple days. -Not ever getting feedback from departments that would be affected by a change they would be putting into place therefore never hearing possible solutions that would possibility be more efficient and stay within the values that Larry Miller wanted for the company.
