Pros

Meetings are interactive, and work is collaborative. Management will spend plenty of time with employees to thoroughly teach, train, and guide as they grow within the company. It isn't a desk job culture where people we feel intimidated to perform and ignored in meetings. Anytime the team offers an opinion or suggestion it is heard by all and taken into account. People all throughout the country are available to spend time with you and help coach you to build great relationships with.

Cons

The idea of it not being a cubicle job is great, but the meetings are high energy which at first can be tough to adjust to. Getting out of bed and being ready to go right as you walk into the building was not something I was used to in the beginning. If you're not a morning person, and not willing to become one, this is going to be a real difficult adjustment.

Pros

Very transparent and extremely positive environment. I love the open door pilicy and how all my questions have been answered the time I asked them. I like how simple the business model is and how clear cut the requirements are to move up at a pretty fast pace. 7 months anywhere else I would not have been as far as I am here.

Cons

No room for excuses. You must take initiative and step up as no one there is going to hold your hand.

Pros

I learned so much from my time working with the company. There were very clear expectations set for everyone, you never had to wonder what your responsibilities were or what you had to do to advance. It was nice to work in an environment where hard work was not only valued and recognized, but appreciated and rewarded.

Cons

Sometimes it can be mentally exhausting. If you are NOT someone who enjoys challenge and the hard work it takes to reach goals, then this job is not for you.
