      Pros

      The best thing I can say is pay attention the info we were given and the training classes were amazing also getting flown to other offices across the country to do R&R was the best. Greatest experience of my life.

      Cons

      The only con I really see is the amount of info you have to absorb to move into management but I guess that comes with the job.
