Not every day is perfect, but it is very fulfilling.

The people there are absolutely lovely, and so easy to work and collaborate with. They do great work without taking themselves too seriously, and were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had medical issues that prevented me working for a few weeks. I've enjoyed working with them so much that I've referred many friends to any/every job opening I see.

They're a small agency, so their process isn't exactly a well-oiled machine. But they make up for it with clear expectations and open communication.
