Pros

There's lot of gossip because everyone is sleeping with one another (so this is good if you like to gossip) Staff discount. Payday drinks. Working there sounds impressive to people because of the financial success they're achieving.

Cons

Unfortunately the Senior Leadership Team is made up of girlfriends, family members and friends of Umar. None of them have any professional or management experience. Junior staff are bullied, belittled and treated with zero respect. I've seen people receive verbal abuse to the point of tears. I've witnessed many people be told how they're 'just a number' and how worthless they are. If your face doesn't fit - you won't last long. Management are given zero accountability or power to do the right thing. Racism and sexism is rife. And shouting and screaming in peoples faces is deemed an appropriate personal development tactic. Being good at your job or being experienced counts for nothing if you’re not in the ‘club’. You won’t get noticed, rewarded or praised in any way.

Pros

They respond quickly to address any concerns or issues. They send out information emails to stay on top of tasks, look out for anything , and to explain any mishaps as well as solutions they will follow.

Cons

$150 per month only so this could be geared to college students or people interested in a side job. You must follow instructions correctly or you may not be in the contract once the month is over-you can reapply but it’s unclear if you’ll be selected again.
