Pros

PreviewLabs is a cutting-edge prototyping company. You'll be focussing on small projects for just a couple of weeks before moving on to a new one. It's exciting! It allows you to learn a lot in just a small amount of time, becoming a top developer/manager/salesperson in no time.

Cons

-It can get quite stressful at times. -With the multiple branches around the world it can feel like work never stops.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly and fun Flexible work environment and hours, can accommodate your needs Large variety in your work! No two days are the same Enjoyable, creative work - inventive problem solving skills are celebrated

Cons

Employees are split across the United States and Belgium, which necessitates accommodations for the time zone difference Not a precise 9-5 schedule - sometimes you'll need to work outside of those hours, and this can be somewhat unpredictable

Pros

- Somewhat flexible work week (as long as you work a minimum of 38 hours, you can take off time during the day as needed to go to appointments, etc. and just work later another day to make up for it).

Cons

- micromanagement is OUT OF CONTROL - little business sense - frequently late/ missing deadlines - leadership has no time management skills - willing to listen* to other's opinions/ideas, but rarely willing to change .... I could make quite a long list.

PreviewLabs Response

Thank you for the review. We carefully read and processed it at the time you wrote it. Some of the management was going through a difficult time at the time of the review, and changes were made to help them. This may have impacted your experience working at PreviewLabs. The time management complexity on the sales and project management side is an intrinsic part of the company. We work on a high volume of prototypes, and require everyone's best work, while enabling them to learn and grow. While we aim to carefully select who we hire, for some people this is not a good fit. We learned that recognizing this on time and ending the collaboration amicably in case it doesn't work out is crucial. While we may have acted a bit late, we were under the impression that we were able to part ways amicably, but based on the review we understand that this was not the case.
