      Pros

      I genuinely can't think of any. You get paid I guess? Not properly but you do get paid. Yeah that's it.

      Cons

      Pay structure is appalling, no proper training structure, everything is micro managed by people who have no clue what they are doing. Never been spoke to worse in my life. Disgustingly negative culture. Guests aren't important, profit it.

      Overall all the team members are great Not sure what else I would say.... I am really sorry because I had such great hopes for the role

      Cons

      Intimidation from Snr team members, particularly the most snr in the Business The expectation is that you have no other life that you put everything else on hold Highly political and manipulative at a snr level which does not make for being yourself and having any sort of work life balance
