Fun environment to work in. My co-workers and managers were all nice and treated everyone well. It was easy to request off and have someone work for you.

Would get in trouble if you did not greet everyone at the door. You would have to walk around the store and clean up as you work your way to the employee area for break even though the store was packed and a break was needed to keep everything on schedule.

The people! The company is willing to work around your school schedule and other commitments. The place is pretty relaxed and not too strict.

Management is always changing and there is no stability in product. Pay is pretty low for duties.
