Pros
The only good thing was the client we were supporting. The learning curve dramatically increased which provided boost for my career
Cons
There are several cons working for the company 1. Very bad senior management (specifically 2015 onwards). The person is a big mouth but less of taking any concrete action for its employees 2. The client work was very challenging and the team had to spend ~12 hours on an average to meet client expectation. However, the company did not provide any support or workaround for this problem, either by employing additional staff or giving some benefits to the current employee 3. The HR team will promise every individual a minimum of 10% bonus, however, that is not the case, they simply play with the prospective employee to lure them with the offer. 4. Even though you would've worked hard for the year and are due for the bonus, in case the client is shutting down or you moving to some other company, they will hold your bonus and never pay. Such a cheap company culture it is and will not pay the bonus for your contributions. 5. Pay structure is very poor as well. 6. Few managers act as if they are the promoters of the company. When asking for leave they bluntly deny, whereas they take numerous leaves when they want to. My manager took several leaves in the year, the sum total would be 2-3 months leaves in 2016. Still, this person was paid the bonus to lead a team, even though he had been away in every critical time.
