      Great if you want a job with great flexibility and you like only seeing clients.

      - No staff meetings - No way to meet fellow staff - only the executives. - No transparency in pay - Poor COVID 19 response.

      Pay rate is shocking low and I honestly have not seen any agent has paid their staff that low (plus the travelling distance to different locations between shifts)

      None run by two directors who live in Bali and don’t care about the community

      Cons

      Terrible pay, directors yell at staff, management turnover, directors are ripping ndis participants off to profit and line their pockets.
