      - Incredible working with the client group

      - Zero training - No support from management/leaders - Zero communication - Terrible pay - Had to support a client to report a Support Coordinator to the NDIS as they were stealing from client's support plan.

      Clients have been the highlight of the job

      Pay rate is shocking low and I honestly have not seen any agent has paid their staff that low (plus the travelling distance to different locations between shifts)

      None run by two directors who live in Bali and don’t care about the community

      Cons

      Terrible pay, directors yell at staff, management turnover, directors are ripping ndis participants off to profit and line their pockets.
