They’re too cheap to replace much of the equipment that needs replacing. Some employees often on drugs. They promote from within but don’t give those people proper training on their new positions. Often long hours. Often no hours. Managers play favorites. Sales often take on orders that cannot be filled by production. Mastery expected after little training.
