If you can survive here, you can survive in other place. The colleagues attitude and behaviour worst like don’t know how to say especially some of the isolated room HOD. Thought he is very pro working for long time there. Worst company with all these people around. You have to pick up eveything yourselves, if you ask more, people will say you annoying and irritating.if you don’t ask, your GM will ask you. No communication, interaction, bonding at all. Everyday live under the stress. Everything also half pail water, don’t know but cannot ask and have to do yourselves. Everybody keep throwing responsibility. Turnover rate super high. Please consider carefully if you really want to work here.
