Too many people working there that would never be able to get a job anywhere else. There is no planning of anything so everyone is reactive trying to put out fires everywhere

Since I joined the company 4 years ago I witnessed many positive changes. Members of the Leadership team are very easy to approach with new idea and recommendations. The people I work with on daily basis are very knowledgeable and hard working. Over the last few years the IT team made huge improvements in core infrastructure, cloud and security implementing top of the line technologies. I am very proud to be a part of such an awesome team!

I would love to add several positions to our IT team.
