1.Project allocation is inconsistent, resulting in long idle periods. 2.Salary processing is often delayed without proper communication. 3.Employees are not regularly updated about project progress or company plans. 4.Performance recognition and evaluation processes lack transparency. 5.Workplace coordination and internal communication need significant improvement. 6.There is no clear direction for professional growth or skill enhancement. 7.The overall uncertainty creates unnecessary pressure among employees.
