After numerous buyouts the culture is gone. The people I spent years looking up to have been forced out or fired. They have no vision of the future, only money and today. Poor management from the upper lever has created such a weird style of people trying to prove they can do their jobs with brown nosing photos and emails, instead of doing it. District managers making divisions from their fancy cars and at home office instead of spending time with the people that pay for their land rovers. What a shame.
