1yWe are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Primary. We appreciate you noting the positive comradery you experienced but understand that we have some room for improvement in other areas.
Our new hires are provided with training opportunities and mentorship during their initial probationary period with open access to managers and training. Should it be determined during that period that the new hire does not meet the skillset requirements to undertake the job duties which are required to meet the high standards for deliverables to our clients, their employment may be discontinued.
We would be happy to conduct an exit interview with you to capture your feedback and use it to continuously improve our onboarding and training programs. We encourage you to reach out to one of our our HR team members.
