Good work environment and people

Not enough paid time off in my opinion

Flexible hours and nice collegues

Rural Health Center are very far from the cities . No allocation allowance for nurses who do weekend duties. They said its part already of travel allowance . But for nurses who had a regular duties to that health center they give additional 1,000 riyals . How about for nurses they pulled out from other health center ? Only thank u service 😜.Plus some local citizens are very rude to nurses. And the management don't have any actions if the nurses received so many threats from the local patients.
