- Fast-paced environment that encourages team members to be nimble and pivot which are important aspects of success in evolving businesses.
- Problem-solving is a key aspect of the culture and workplace; The CEO mentioned the following words often: "don't get stopped" - which prompted me to think outside the box and is something I frequently think of.
- Team members are not siloed to their "role" - they are given opportunities to work on projects across various functions and departments.
- There is a good opportunity to network with the team and with the clients (members) in the space. It's a way to discover new, growing, and entrepreneurial organizations that you may not otherwise have exposure to.
- Unlimited vacation time was a great perk. I was never made to feel guilty for using vacation time, and always felt encouraged to "recharge".
