      Pros

      1.Small PE, about 20-30 people. You will find yourself involved in the team quickly. Besides people there are really nice. 2.Great work exposure. As an intern, I covered various industry, from the preliminary research to the due diligence. I fulfilled all the job requirement that a real analyst will do in the firm.

      Cons

      Long hours. Hourly pay is low. I worked over 11pm everyday and sometime had overnights. And the pay is about only 30,000 USD per year for first year analyst

      Good working environment. Friendly coworkers. Good learning curve. Excellent exposure to various industries. Typical private equity firm in China. Goldman Sachs culture.

      Cons

      Long turnover. Long working hours. Bad work/life balance. A lot of deals. No decision power.
