Pros

Coworkers are great, as long as you have a good team, work life is bearable Great contests but only few winners

Cons

No balance between work life and personal life. Executives and owners dont realize how important this is for the field. Unrealistic expectations, especially for remote stores. No sales are blamed on the staff. Staff is then reviewed and fired after 2 to 3 months of low performance Base pay is so low its insulting Poor communication on all levels Policies are created almost what seems to be weekly. Seems as if they create a policy and never communicate it properly between all channels, and never think of how the policy will impact in the future. No appreciation for hard work. All they want to recognize is the people who make the money, but the manager that has to work 5 days straight because their entire crew quit not.
