      Learn the tricks of the trade (good and bad). Develop sales skills needed for other jobs. Health and life insurance as well as 401K available after 1 year.

      Cons

      Inconsistent pay structure, unclear policies that do not always make it to the ears of the sales staff, cultural favoritism, less than ethical practices, high pressure sales, little advancement opportunity.
