You are micromanaged way to much. The system for write ups is automatic if you are missing more then $150 in inventory a month. So if you live in a area with high theft you need to monitor everything every second. No room for growth unless you are at one of the rare high traffic stores. The company is set up to run as cheap as possible to maximize profit at the expense of employee satisfaction and retention.
