      Pros

      Sr. Mang. will work with you to a certain degree once they know of the issues. Its also very nice to have a company truck.

      Cons

      $25 a day Per diem. regardless of where you are in the country. Cheap hotels which you share with another guy. NEW management has a tendency to belittle field employees.

      Pros

      There's a lot of opportunities for growth. If you are weak and are looking for a job to waste your time at - this is not it. You've got to want to succeed. If you do - Prime will be amazing for you. If you are slacking - sorry to tell you it won't last.

      There's an opportunity to improve benefits, otherwise - all good!

      Cons

      Goals for small stores were the same as large stores and almost impossible to obtain. Worked off the clock a lot.
