      a lot of employee events to have fun but tries to cover up for not being paid fairly

      Cons

      they will promote and support their favorites. the vdc/bim manager talk bad about everyone openly. no minority in any management position. Watch out for someone son taking your spot and not knowing anything

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Cons

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
