Pros
Remote work, which can be done from anywhere.
Cons
1) Management will pull you in all directions at once, giving contradictory advice which, if it's even grammatically readable, still makes no sense given the amount of time in a day you have to do it.
2) Pay is often wrong and is completed whenever the accounting department feels like it. Expect late payments because they have been 'calculating commissions.'
3) Bonus structure is laughable, likely the worst I have ever seen in sales. We're talking single digits here (yes, really).
4) While the training weeks are done in a professional manner, micromanagement starts the moment you hit the calls.
