They expect you to make the same time as the crow flies and don't understand the issues that drivers encounter - Favorites. Your loads all depend on if your dispatcher likes you. The best loads go to the same people every day. - Loads are slowing down. They won't admit it, but they've started telling drivers to "not come in today" - No accountability for broken equipment, and ineffective mechanics. You either lose revenue pay to get your equipment fixed, or you can just leave it for the next unfortunate driver using it.
